Hello my dear friends ^^
Last night, I heard a bad news from my friend but i fell asleep when he sms me at midnight. Early this morning it was raining cats and dogs, I woke up at 7.30 am yet I slept again and woke up again at about 10.30 am. I took up my cellphone and read that message, I was shocked by what he told me. I felt sad as I knew I don't know how to console him *sigh~* To someone : Granted that you won't see or read my blog, I still want to let you know that I will always support you so please cheer up~
Guys, Let us forget about those sad things and listen to my happy experience here. Today I did many things in my home. What a wonderful and wholesome weekend~ Well. Today was my first time to make sushi on my own. It was a bit hast for me because I brought all the ingredients at afternoon and started to cook sushi rice in the evening. I used normal rice to cook as sushi rice since I can't find even a package of japan's rice in my village. Anyway, I was so fortunate that I able to buy seaweed which cost RM0.40 each slice. Besides that, I also bought chicken ham, hotdog and "crab meat" .
I searched information from internet and watched some short movies on how to make sushi this afternoon. In the light of this, there were few steps to cook fainty sushi rice. Indeed, I failed to follow the steps due to that stupid electric rice cooker. In fact, my dad bought a new rice cooker yesterday which is so high technological and I not really know how to operate it. By the way, the rice need to be rinsed twice after the first boiling. I counted the time with my cellphone's timer yet after 30 minutes as I opened the pot cover the rice already cooked. *sniff* My mum passed by my side still laughed at me =.=' nevermind then, I just closed back the cover and prepared other ingredients.
Everythings went on successfully.*chuckle~* I cooked the white vinegar and mixed it with white rice. Then, I started to roll the seaweed with rice and all the ingredients inside. I enjoyed the process when I rolling the sushi and my brother as well as my cousin stole the sushi and ate them. Lastly, I completed my sushi within a short period i think. haha~

p/s : I will go Wen Leng's house tomorrow as we will make herb's eggs and some kuih together with her parents. It will be another great job~
